Rifi Calls for Completion of Investigation into Martyr General Hassan’s Death

Beirut: In commemoration of Martyr General Hassan, we call for competing investigation to uncover criminals, hold them accountable: Major General Ashraf Rifi issued today the following statement: “On the 15th anniversary of the martyrdom of Major General Wissam al-Hassan, we call for the completion of the investigation to uncover the criminals and hold them accountable. We promise to continue until the end to restore the Lebanon for which Wissam al-Hassan was martyred. The criminals are falling one after the other, and justice is sure to come, God willing. We salute you, martyred hero, and to your comrade, martyr Ahmed Sahiouni, and to all the martyrs of the homeland in your high places.”

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, Major General Ashraf Rifi has called for a thorough investigation into the death of Major General Wissam al-Hassan on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of his martyrdom. Rifi emphasized the importance of uncovering and holding accountable those responsible for al-Hassan’s death, expressing a commitment to continue efforts until justice is achieved. He paid tribute to al-Hassan, his comrade martyr Ahmed Sahiouni, and all martyrs of the homeland.

Rifi’s statement highlights the ongoing quest for justice in Lebanon and the need to complete investigations into past incidents involving national figures.
