Beirut: Prime Minister, Nawaf Salam, on Tuesday issued a memorandum declaring Monday, August 4, 2025, a national day of mourning to mark the anniversary of the Beirut Port explosion. Flags will be flown at half-mast across public administrations, institutions, and municipalities.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, regular programming on radio and television stations will be adjusted to reflect the somber occasion, in solidarity with the families of the fallen and the wounded.
