Tripoli: Prime Minister Nawaf Salam arrived in Tripoli on Tuesday morning aboard a military helicopter. Minister Salam made his first stop at the Tripoli Serail, where he emphasized that his visit “confirms the government’s commitment to preserving Tripoli’s security and protecting its people.”

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, Salam called for greater coordination between the various security agencies and the imposition of strict measures against all threats to Tripoli’s security. He stressed the importance of zero tolerance for violators to restore citizens’ confidence in the state.
