Salam Welcomes Australia’s Ambassador Wilson on Protocol Visit

Beirut: Prime Minister, Nawaf Salam, on Tuesday received Australia's Ambassador to Lebanon, Tom Wilson, on a protocol visit marking the start of his diplomatic mission.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the visit was an opportunity for both leaders to discuss the future of diplomatic relations between Australia and Lebanon. Ambassador Wilson expressed his eagerness to strengthen ties and collaborate on various initiatives during his tenure. Prime Minister Salam welcomed the new ambassador and assured him of Lebanon's commitment to fostering a cooperative relationship with Australia.
