Beirut: Minister of Culture Dr. Ghassan Salam© welcomed Rodolphe Saadeh, Chairman and CEO of the CMA CGM Group, at his office in the National Library located in Sanayeh. During the meeting, they agreed on a partnership to support the rehabilitation of the National Library’s collections, which Mr. Saadeh confirmed after their discussions.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, Mr. Saadeh expressed his sentiments, stating, “It is always a special feeling to return to Lebanon.” He highlighted the CMA CGM Group’s commitment to aiding the National Library alongside Minister Salam©. The primary aim of this collaborative effort is to preserve Lebanon’s cultural heritage and make it accessible for future generations. Mr. Saadeh noted that this initiative aligns with the group’s enduring dedication to Lebanon.
