MP Salim Khoury revealed that “President Najib Mikati’s proposal to form a government of 14 ministers from among the political leaders may be met positively by President Michel Aoun.”

Khoury stressed that “President Aoun made all the concessions and facilities required for the birth of the government and was positively dealing with everything that was presented to him, even when the discussion touched upon the names.”

He deemed that there is “a great possibility to solve the remaining obstacle before the formation of the government.”
