Beirut: Israeli enemy airstrikes and shelling continued across southern Lebanon earlier on Monday, with four people killed in a series of pre-dawn raids on the town of Zefta. One strike hit a shelter center, while others targeted the vicinity of the women's Husseiniyeh, the public school junction, and the town center. The victims were identified as Adam Wahbi, his mother Khadija Hamzeh, Mohammad Al-Naanaa, and Hussein Aqil.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, a team from the Risala Association Center in Srifa, in coordination with the Lebanese Army, continued efforts to recover the bodies of victims from an earlier strike on the Marj area of Srifa.

Israeli warplanes also struck Ain Qana, Sharqiyeh, Yater, and Safad Al-Battikh, while artillery shelling hit Nabatieh and Jabal Safi. Three airstrikes targeted the outskirts of Sajd after prior artillery bombardment.

Meanwhile, Israeli forces carried out heavy machine-gun fire toward the Slouqi and Hujeir valleys. A cautious calm prevailed in the western and central sectors.
