Beirut: Israeli drone and airstrikes earlier on Tuesday targeted multiple areas across southern Lebanon, leaving casualties and damage.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, a drone strike hit the road between Mefdoun and Shoukin, while another targeted a motorcycle near Doueir, injuring one person. A separate strike on a motorcycle at the Wadi junction in Deir al-Zahrani also left one person wounded.

Israeli warplanes carried out raids on Kharayeb in Sidon district, Taybeh and Kfartebnit, the latter also coming under artillery fire. Additional drone strikes hit Deir al-Zahrani and Jebchit, while an airstrike targeted the area between Qsaybeh and Aabba.

Artillery shelling continued on Arnoun, Aita al-Shaab, Ramieh, Zibqin and Jabal al-Botm. A strike on Jmaijmeh resulted in two deaths.
