Caretaker Minister of Displaced, Ghada Shreim, confirmed, on Saturday, during an interview with “Al-Mada” Radio Station, that Lebanon will not receive any assistance from the international community without the forensic audit.
“Without the forensic audit, we will not be able to obtain any international support. The truth is clear. We want the audit to get out of the crisis,” she assured.
Shreim also indicated that transparency is required more than ever, expressing her hope that the Central Bank Governor, Riad Salameh, will inform the President of the Lebanese Republic, Michel Aoun, about the real numbers of accounts at the Central Bank.
