Beirut: Minister of Telecommunications, Charles Hajj, on Thursday held a protocol meeting with Belgian Ambassador to Lebanon, Arnout Pauwels, during which discussions focused on strengthening cooperation between Lebanon and Belgium in the telecommunications sector. The meeting also included a review of the challenges facing the sector and an overview of the general situation in the country.
According to National News Agency – Lebanon, the discussions aimed to bolster ties between the two nations, particularly in the field of telecommunications. Both parties examined potential areas for collaboration, addressing the pressing challenges within the sector that could benefit from joint efforts and expertise.
The meeting served as an opportunity to discuss the broader context of bilateral relations, with both sides expressing a mutual interest in enhancing cooperation.
