Sin el fil: Tourism Minister Laura Khazen Lahoud visited two shelters today, namely Sin El Fil First School and Burj Hammoud Third School, as part of the government's visits to check on displaced families and on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Lahoud had a closer look at the humanitarian situation endured by the displaced families. She met with parents and children to assess their well-being and hear their basic and urgent needs.

She indicated that a comprehensive report will be submitted to the Cabinet for follow-up and coordination. This initiative is within the framework of strengthening cooperation between the concerned ministries to secure pressing needs as quickly as possible. The aid is to be distributed in a fair and balanced manner across various shelters according to priorities, especially health and food needs, to support the displaced families.
