Special Adviser at the Presidency of the Republic, Buthaina Shaaban, affirmed on Wednesday that the US is trying to invent new tools to rescue its one-polar system which had begun to decline after it has appointed itself as a judge to countries and peoples through the one-polar policy, adding that the west\u2019s attempt to impose \u201cliberal democracy on peoples\u201d contradicts with international logic.<\/P>

Shaaban who participated, via video speech in English, in the 3rd forum of the \u201cSouth-South for Human Rights Forum \u201c, which is held every two years at the invitation of the People\u2019s Republic of China, added that the West seeks \u201ccopied democracies that revolve in its orbit and implement its policies\u201d.<\/P>
<\/P>
In that regard, shaaban said that the selective invitation of US President Joe Biden to the so-called \u201cConference of Democracies\u201d, which expresses the West\u2019s arrogance in its adherence to liberal democracy in an attempt to impose it on the rest of the peoples contrary to the international logic.<\/P>

She elaborated that the US, following its invasion of Iraq in 2003, has rejected any policy that doesn\u2019t fit its agendas and used coercive measures on countries that oppose it, adding that Syria was one of those countries that haven\u2019t accepted the US agenda, a thing that made it apply the unilateral coercive measures on Syria and other states.<\/P>
<\/P>
Shaaban hailed the constructive efforts exerted by China in communication with peoples and countries in an international scene where multilateralism re-occurs through China, Russia, India and Iran as rising powers.<\/P>
