Syria’s Ministry of Health stated that the death toll due to the earthquake has amounted to 326 deaths and 1042 injuries in provinces of Lattakia, Aleppo, Hama and Tartous, in an infinite toll.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Assistant Health Minister Dr.Ahmad Damiriah told SANA in a statement that 4 trucks loaded with medicines, surgical and emergency supplies were sent to Aleppo, Lattakia and Hama, in addition to sending medical convoys from the health directorates of Damascus, Damascus Countryside, Quneitra, Homs and Tartous to the provinces of Aleppo and Lattakia.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Dr. Damiriah added that 28 ambulances and 7 mobile clinics were sent from Damascus and Damascus Countryside, Quneitra, Homs and Tartous to support Aleppo and Lattakia.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Dr. Damiriah pointed out that the emergency management room in the Ministry of Health made a prompt and proactive assessment to the situation, asserting that continued response is being coordinated in different provinces.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

He noted that all public and private health facilities are in a state of continuous alert in all provinces<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
