The announcement of the armed forces came with the aim of facilitating the humanitarian aspects, provided that the other party adheres to the armistice’s limitations.<\/P>

The General Command of the Sudanese Armed Forces announced, earlier, that elements of the Rapid Support Forces attacked a number of sites in the vicinity of the command, and the attack was repelled and heavy losses were incurred.<\/P>
<\/P>
The Sudanese Armed Forces also confirmed, earlier, that they agreed with the United Nations proposal to open safe paths for humanitarian cases.<\/P>
<\/P>
Earlier today, the Rapid Support Forces also announced their agreement to a new truce to stop fighting for 24 hours with the army.<\/P>
<\/P>
The truce comes at a time when fighting has intensified between the two parties, despite the existence of a previous truce agreement, mediated by international powers.<\/P>
