Tripoli: Minister of Local Government "Badr Al-Din Al-Tumi" discussed with the new German Ambassador accredited to Libya "Ralph Traff" aspects of bilateral cooperation between the two countries in the field of local administration and reviewed existing projects and future visions of the two parties and their strategy for developing the management of cooperation files. During the meeting held on Wednesday at the Ministry's headquarters, the two sides discussed ways to enhance cooperation and coordination between the Ministry and the Executive Institution for German Support and Cooperation Projects in the field of local governance, which contributes to consolidating decentralization and developing municipal services. The two parties agreed on the importance of joint coordination at the technical level to prepare for holding advanced coordination meetings on Libyan-German cooperation, which enhances bilateral relations between the two countries, pushes the wheel of local development in Libya forward, and achie ves stability.
