Beirut:Public Works and Transport Minister Fayez Rasamny met with Germany's Ambassador to Lebanon, Thomas Zahneisen, during a courtesy visit marking the ambassador's assumption of his diplomatic duties.

According to National news agency - Lebanon, the discussion centered on the latest developments in Lebanon and the region, as well as the bilateral relations between Lebanon and Germany. The meeting also explored prospects for strengthening cooperation between the two countries.

The discussions further examined opportunities to consolidate Lebanese-German ties and deepen the bilateral partnership in pursuit of shared interests.
