Beirut: MP Michel Aoun and Minister Ghazi Aridi inaugurated the Zouk Mosbeh-Faraya highway on Thursday, joined by Deputy Ibrahim Kanaan, Keserwan Deputies, and other dignitaries. The opening marks a significant development in regional infrastructure aimed at improving connectivity.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, Aoun expressed gratitude to Aridi for his efforts and achievements, emphasizing the importance of national unity and the role of citizens in nation-building. Aoun stated, “The nation cannot be built except by its sons and for their own sake, and all of us are in favor of building the nation.”

Aridi highlighted that the completion of the highway was free from political or personal motivations, suggesting a focus on broader national interests rather than individual gains. The highway is expected to facilitate travel and commerce in the region, contributing to economic growth and development.
