Beirut: President of the Republic, Joseph Aoun, on Wednesday received Swiss Ambassador to Lebanon Marion Weichelt in a farewell visit marking the end of her diplomatic mission in Lebanon.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Aoun expressed his gratitude to Weichelt for her efforts in enhancing and developing the bilateral relations between Lebanon and Switzerland. During her tenure, she worked across various fields to foster cooperation and mutual understanding between the two nations.
