Beirut:President Joseph Aoun chaired a meeting on Thursday that included key military and diplomatic figures involved in the recent Lebanese-US-Israeli talks.

According to National news agency - Lebanon, the meeting was attended by Lebanese Army Commander General Rodolphe Haykal, former Ambassador Simon Karam, who heads Lebanon's delegation to the negotiations, and Brigadier General Georges Rizk, head of the military delegation. Brigadier Generals Ziad Rizkallah and Wael Abbas, along with Colonels Mazen Hajj, Rashad Bou Karam, and Wadih Raffoul, were also present.

The military delegation provided President Aoun and other attendees with a briefing on the outcomes of the meetings that took place in Tampa, Florida, on October 20 and 21.
