Beirut: President of the Republic, Joseph Aoun, on Wednesday met Army Commander Rudolf Haykal, with whom he reviewed the security situation across the country, with particular focus on the south.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, discussions also covered measures taken by the army in Beirut and other regions to maintain security and stability, especially at displacement shelters, alongside stricter enforcement of security procedures.
