(*) BASSIL AT FPM’S YOUTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY: THEY WANT REFORM BUT DECIDE ON HAVING A CORRUPT PRESIDENT

Free Patriotic Movement Chief, MP Gebran Bassil, said during a general assembly of the movement’s youth sector in Rabweh today: “We are people whose dream does not stop or age, and our dream is the catalyst for our struggle, and we will win so that reform will triumph over corruption.”

He added: “Riad Salameh (Central Bank Governor) will be held accountable, otherwise there will be no resurrection for the homeland.”

“They want reform, and they decide to bring in a corrupt president and a corrupt prime minister, and they get annoyed if we say no and a hundred no’s…No one threatens us with chaos, sanctions, or a vacuum!” Bassil underscored.
