Caretaker Minister of Labor, Mustafa Bayram, left Beirut this morning, heading to Geneva to participate in a technical meeting on the oil and gas file.

The minister will also participate in a second meeting on social dialogue with and for the youth, at the invitation of the International Labor Organization in Geneva.
