Beirut MPs Delegation Advocates for Hariri Hospital Support


Beirut: A delegation of Beirut’s Deputies visited Rafic Hariri Governmental Hospital on Thursday, where they met with the Administrative Council head, Wassim Wazzan, to discuss the challenges facing the hospital.



According to National News Agency – Lebanon, Deputy Atef Majdalani, representing the delegation, emphasized the significance of preserving the hospital as it stands as a symbol of Lebanon’s commitment to healthcare. He highlighted that the late Martyr Prime Minister Rafic Hariri envisioned Lebanon as a hub for hospitalization tourism in the Arab World.



Majdalani urged the current government to assess the hospital’s situation and consider establishing an annual financial contribution to ensure its sustainability and continued service to the community.
