Beirut:An Israeli drone has reportedly dropped a sound bomb in the Khallat Zuhair area, located on the outskirts of Kfar Shuba, escalating tensions in the region.

According to National news agency - Lebanon, the outskirts of Zawtar al-Sharqiyah, extending towards Mayfadoun, experienced intermittent artillery shelling this morning.

Overnight, a significant explosion occurred between the southern Lebanese towns of Zawtar al-Sharqiyah and Kfar Tibnit, attributed to Israeli forces. Additionally, in the Marjeyoun district, Israeli forces were reported to have set fire to woodlands in the town of Al-Qantara, near the Al-Salouqi area.
