Beirut: House Speaker Nabih Berri hosted several key meetings at the Second Presidency headquarters in Ain El-Tineh, engaging in discussions on pressing security, political, and judicial matters.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Speaker Berri met with Minister of Interior and Municipalities, Ahmad al-Hajjar. Their discussions centered on the general situation in Lebanon, with a particular focus on security concerns amidst ongoing Israeli attacks and systematic destruction in southern Lebanese villages.
In a separate meeting, Berri conferred with Public Prosecutor at the Court of Cassation, Judge Ahmad Rami Al-Hajj, to deliberate on the general situation and issues related to judicial affairs.
Additionally, Speaker Berri welcomed a delegation from the Lebanese International Business Council, led by Dr. Nassib Fawaz. The discussions with the delegation included the general situation and the council's current and future initiatives and activities.
