Beirut: House Speaker Nabih Berri received Vice-President of the Supreme Shiite Islamic Council, Sheikh Ali Al-Khatib, at Ain al-Tineh Palace today. They discussed the general situation and recent political and field developments.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, Berri also engaged in discussions about the general situation with former Minister of Interior and Municipalities Marwan Charbel.
