Beirut: House Speaker, Nabih Berri, on Friday held a series of meetings at the Second Presidency headquarters in Ain el-Tineh, focusing on the latest political, security, and public affairs developments.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Berri met with Health Minister Rakan Nassereddine to discuss the overall state of the healthcare and hospital sectors, particularly in southern Lebanon, following the minister's recent inspection tour of hospitals in the South and Nabatieh governorates.
He also received Information Minister Dr. Paul Marqos for talks on political developments, general affairs, and media-related issues.
In a separate meeting, Berri discussed the latest security developments with Lebanese Army Commander General Rodolphe Haykal, with particular focus on Israel's continued attacks and ceasefire violations, as well as the situation of the Lebanese Armed Forces.
