Beirut: House Speaker Nabih Berri and his spouse, Mrs. Randa Berri, sent a cable to the Emir of the State of Kuwait, Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, offering their condolences on the passing of Sheikha Badriya Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the condolence message was delivered following the announcement of Sheikha Badriya's passing. The cable expressed sympathy and support to the Kuwaiti Emir and the wider Al-Sabah family during this time of mourning.
