Beirut: House Speaker Nabih Berri met with French Ambassador to Lebanon, Herv© Magro, at Ain Al-Tineh to discuss recent developments in Lebanon. The discussions centered around political and security tensions resulting from ongoing Israeli attacks and ceasefire violations. The meeting also touched on the bilateral relations between Lebanon and France.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Berri also had a meeting with the World Bank's regional director for the Middle East, Jean-Christophe Carret, who was on a farewell visit marking the end of his tenure. During their discussions, they addressed Lebanon's general situation and reviewed World Bank programs currently operating in the country.
