Civil Defense Rescues Three Citizens After Paragliding Incident Between Ghosta and Jounieh

Ghosta: Three citizens experienced a fall while paragliding between Ghosta and Jounieh, as confirmed by the Media and Public Relations Department at the General Directorate of Civil Defense. According to the department's statement, the incident occurred at 11:45 a.m. today, with two individuals landing in the Ain Warqa forest in Ghosta and the third within Jounieh's city limits.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Civil Defense personnel promptly responded to the incident at both locations. Remarkably, all three citizens were found in good health and did not require hospitalization, highlighting the effective response of the Civil Defense team.

The Civil Defense General Directorate has issued a reminder urging citizens to follow safety guidelines and avoid paragliding during adverse weather conditions, underlining the potential risks to public safety.
