Tehran: National Defense Minister, Major General Michel Menassa, arrived in Tehran to represent the Lebanese Republic at the official mourning ceremony for the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. He was received at Tehran's airport by Iranian Deputy Defense Minister for International Affairs Brigadier General Seyed Hamzeh Ghalandari, Director of the Middle East Department at Iran's Foreign Ministry Mehdi Shoushtari, and Lebanon's Ambassador to Iran, Ahmad Soueidan.
