Beirut: Grand Mufti of the Republic, Abdel Latif Derian, on Wednesday received Minister of Public Works and Transport Fayez Rasamny and Bilal Abdallah of the Democratic Gathering bloc at Dar Al-Fatwa in Beirut. The meeting focused on issues of mutual interest and reviewed a number of projects and initiatives being undertaken by the Ministry of Public Works and Transport. Discussions also touched on public service and development-related matters relevant to the ministry's ongoing work.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the meeting emphasized enhancing collaboration between religious and governmental bodies to improve public works and infrastructure. The discussions also included evaluating the effectiveness of current initiatives and exploring potential new projects that could benefit the community.
