Beirut: The price of diesel and gas in Lebanon saw a decrease today, providing some financial relief to consumers. The cost of a diesel canister fell by LBP 2,000, while a gas cylinder’s price decreased by LBP 11,000. Meanwhile, the prices for 95 and 98-octane gasoline remained stable, showing no change from previous rates.
According to National News Agency – Lebanon, the updated prices for fuel products are now set at LBP 1,489,000 for 95-octane gasoline and LBP 1,529,000 for 98-octane gasoline. Diesel is priced at LBP 1,391,000, and gas cylinders are available at a new rate of LBP 899,000. These adjustments reflect the ongoing fluctuations in the energy market, impacting both local fuel costs and consumer expenses.
