DIVER MOHAMED ZEIN SETS THE RECORD FOR DIVING UNDERWATER FOR 24 HOURS

Diver Mohamed Zein broke the record for diving in the waters in Ain Al-Mraiseh – Beirut, where he remained underwater from eleven o’clock yesterday morning until eleven o’clock this morning.

Zein is considered the first person in Lebanon to undertake this diving initiative, as he spent his time underwater cleaning the seabed of plastic waste and remains, with medical and logistical support by the Maritime Rescue Unit in the Civil Defense Unit on land and at sea.

Zein got out safely from the water and is in good health condition.
