Beirut: Minister of Economy and Trade, Amer Bisat, on Thursday hosted Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi at his office, alongside an official delegation. The meeting focused on exploring avenues to bolster economic and trade relations between Lebanon and Iran, aiming to benefit the citizens of both nations.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Minister Al-Bisat emphasized the Lebanese government's commitment to enhancing economic cooperation and expanding its foreign trade relations. He highlighted the importance of mutual respect for Lebanon's sovereignty and independence as the foundation for these discussions.
