The finance and budget committee sub-committee convened on Wednesday under the chairmanship of MP Ibrahim Kanaan, in the presence of Caretaker Energy Minister, Walid Fayad, and the gas and oil management authority, to study the legislative proposals of the Lebanese sovereign fund.
