The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants condemned, in an issued statement on Sunday, the Israeli attack on Jenin camp, killing and wounding dozens of Palestinians.

The Ministry held “Israel fully responsible for the escalation taking place in the occupied Palestinian territories and areas of the Palestinian Authority and the Gaza Strip, as well as the repeated violation of the sanctity of the Holy Mosque.”

On the other hand, the Ministry saluted “the determination of the Palestinians to defend their land, property and sanctities, with the available means.”

It also indicated that “the deterioration of the situation is a natural result of Israel’s success in eliminating the two-state solution and the decline in international interest in the Palestinian cause and the aggressive and racist Israeli policies.”
