Foreign Ministry Mobilizes Diplomatic Missions to Secure Aid for Displaced Lebanese

Beirut: The Foreign Affairs and Emigrants Ministry issued a circular to all Lebanese diplomatic missions abroad, instructing them to "immediately contact the relevant authorities in their host countries to help secure essential supplies and daily-living materials for approximately two hundred thousand displaced Lebanese, sheltered in centers across various Lebanese regions as a result of the ongoing Israeli attacks on the country."

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the ministry attached to its circular a detailed list of the most urgent needs, stressing the need for direct communication and coordination with governmental bodies, humanitarian organizations, and civil society associations in host countries, in order to mobilize all possible capabilities to respond to this humanitarian crisis.
