Beirut: Marking five years since the Beirut Port explosion, the French Embassy reiterated its support for uncovering the full truth and delivering justice to the victims.

According to National news Agency – Lebanon, in a post on X, the embassy praised ongoing efforts to pursue accountability, stating that “ending impunity is essential for Lebanon’s recovery.”

The statement added, ‘Without justice, there can be no rule of law,’ echoing France’s long-standing position that justice for the August 4 tragedy is a cornerstone for rebuilding trust and ensuring the country’s future.
