Beirut: Gasoline and diesel prices edged lower in Lebanon on Friday as the price of 95 and 98 octane fuel decreased by LBP 38,000, and that of diesel decreased by LBP 41,000, while the price of gas remained stable.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the updated prices for fuel and gas reflect the following adjustments: 95 octane gasoline is now priced at LBP 2,312,000, 98 octane gasoline at LBP 2,330,000, and diesel at LBP 1,964,000. The price for a gas cylinder remains unchanged at LBP 1,224,000.

These changes in fuel prices come as part of regular adjustments in Lebanon's energy pricing, which are influenced by several factors including international oil markets and local economic conditions. The stable gas prices offer some relief to consumers amid fluctuating fuel costs.
