Beirut: Oil prices in Lebanon saw new adjustments today, with a noticeable rise in the prices of 95- and 98-octane gasoline and diesel, contrasted by a decrease in the cost of gas cylinders.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, the price of 95-octane gasoline increased by LBP 7,000, reaching LBP 1,472,000. Similarly, 98-octane gasoline saw a rise of LBP 7,000, bringing its price to LBP 1,512,000. Diesel prices were adjusted upwards by LBP 9,000, now costing LBP 1,346,000.

In contrast, the price of a gas cylinder decreased by LBP 11,000. The updated price for a gas cylinder is now LBP 996,000, providing some relief to consumers amid the other price hikes.
