Beirut: Minister of Interior and Municipalities Ahmad Hajjar expressed his gratitude today on the social media platform "X", acknowledging the Internal Security Forces (ISF) for their efforts in maintaining security and order on New Year's Eve. He praised the leadership, officers, and personnel of the ISF for their dedication during the celebrations.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Hajjar extended his appreciation to all other security and military bodies, including the Civil Defense and the Lebanese Red Cross. He highlighted their commitment to ensuring a safe and peaceful night, recognizing the essential role they played. Hajjar emphasized the importance of these forces, stating, "You are the pillar of security in this nation...and with this spirit, we continue on our path."
