Beirut: Interior Minister Ahmad Hajjar on Tuesday met with Othman Akram, the head of UNOPS Lebanon, and Nabil Bazzi, a project adviser, to discuss strategies for enhancing cooperation. The discussions focused on reinforcing support for municipalities, security agencies, and related departments to improve their capacities in light of current challenges.

According to National news agency - Lebanon, in a separate meeting, Hajjar also met with U.S. Embassy charg© d'affaires in Beirut, Keith Hennigan. The discussions included general developments in Lebanon and the region, as well as continued support for the Lebanese Army and Internal Security Forces.
