Beirut: Hezbollah has announced a series of attacks targeting Israeli forces, including the detonation of explosive devices against an Israeli military force near al-Ghandourieh. The group stated that the attack was part of a coordinated effort that included artillery fire and rocket salvos, thwarting an Israeli advancement attempt in the region.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Hezbollah claimed to have targeted an Israeli "Hermes 450 (Zik)" drone with a surface-to-air missile over the town of Zawtar al-Sharqiya at dawn on Friday. The group also reported firing two rocket barrages at Kiryat Shmona early Saturday morning and striking the Meron base, which is used for surveillance and air operations in northern occupied Palestine, with a precision rocket salvo.

Hezbollah's statement detailed that after monitoring Israeli military movements, its fighters carried out an ambush at dawn against the advancing Israeli forces. The attack led to the detonation of explosive devices, forcing the Israeli forces to withdraw their wounded under heavy smoke cover. Subsequently, the area experienced retaliatory airstrikes and artillery shelling by Israeli forces.
