Beirut: Hezbollah has announced a series of attacks targeting Israeli military positions, marking a response to recent Israeli strikes on various Lebanese towns.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Hezbollah's media office reported that its fighters initiated the assaults with a swarm of suicide drones aimed at the Elta Systems military industries facility northeast of Haifa at 6:30 a.m. The attacks continued as Hezbollah fired a rocket salvo at a concentration of Israeli military vehicles located near the Hounin Gate, opposite the town of Markaba, at 7:20 p.m.
The militant group also launched a missile strike on Tel Hashomer, located southeast of Tel Aviv. Additional drone attacks were carried out on the cities of Nahariya at 1:40 p.m. and Kiryat Shmona at 5:30 p.m. Furthermore, a separate rocket barrage targeted Nahariya, intensifying the conflict between the two sides.
