Beirut:Interior and Municipalities Minister Ahmad Hajjar recently held a meeting with General Security Director General Major General Hassan Choucair at his office. The meeting was set to address various security and administrative issues pertinent to the directorate's operations in light of ongoing developments.

According to National news agency - Lebanon, the discussions primarily centered around security measures aimed at countering threats to public safety and stability. This included a focus on both preventive and preemptive strategies.

In addition to security concerns, the meeting also covered the administrative affairs and responsibilities of the General Security directorate, ensuring the agency's operations align with current needs and challenges.
