Beirut:Minister of Interior and Municipalities Ahmad Hajjar visited the Beirut Police Unit headquarters at Emile Helou Barracks. During his visit, he conducted a meeting with key security officials, including Internal Security Forces Director General Major General Raed Abdallah, Beirut Police Commander Brigadier General Imad Al-Jamal, and Information Branch Chief Brigadier General Mahmoud Kobrossli.

According to National news agency - Lebanon, the main agenda of the meeting was to discuss and implement strengthened security measures and procedures, specifically targeting the city of Beirut.

The initiative aims to bolster the overall safety and security framework in Beirut, involving coordinated efforts among various security branches and officers present at the meeting.
