Beirut: Minister of Interior and Municipalities, Ahmad Al-Hajjar, on Thursday received Australian Ambassador to Lebanon, Tom Wilson, in his office at the ministry. The meeting focused on the general situation in Lebanon and the broader region, as well as exploring avenues to enhance cooperation between Lebanon and Australia.

According to National news agency – Lebanon, the discussion placed particular emphasis on supporting the agencies affiliated with the Ministry of Interior and Municipalities. Both officials considered strategies to strengthen ties and boost collaborative efforts, aiming to address mutual concerns and support Lebanon’s internal affairs efficiently.
