Beirut: Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi expressed his gratitude towards Iraq during a news conference held alongside his Iraqi counterpart. Araghchi highlighted the consistent support provided by the people and government of Iraq to Iran amidst challenging times.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Araghchi emphasized the solidarity shown by Iraq, stating, "The people and government of Iraq have always extended their support during the war. They have always supported the Iranian people, who were victims of the Israeli-American aggression." This acknowledgment underscores the strong ties between the two neighboring countries, particularly during periods of regional instability.

Araghchi further noted, "The Iraqi people have always supported their Iranian brothers," reinforcing the notion of camaraderie and mutual assistance that has characterized the Iran-Iraq relationship over the years.
