Iraqi security forces have busted a group of drug dealers and confiscated more than 2.5 tons of ecstasy pills in the capital.
The National Security Apparatus said in a statement on Friday that the squad had carried out a rapid operation in Baghdad, detaining six persons involved in the illicit drug trade and burst into a huge warehouse packed with more than 12 million ecstatic pills (equivalent to 2.5 tons of narcotics).
The security apparatus released a video clip, showing detention of the suspected drug dealers and seizure of the drugs.
